This is a secluded peaceful retreat.The owners property is accessed via a private track and The Old stable lays at the bottom of the owners garden. It is ideal for those wishing to explore the Sussex coast between Brighton and Eastbourne and within easy reach of Rye, Hastings, Battle, and Worthing.

There are marvelous walks on the South Downs right on the doorstep with fields grazed by sheep and cows and the common land Telscombe Tye lying immediately beyond the boundary fence.

The Old Stable is exactly a mile from the coast which gives easy access to Brighton ( 15 mins drive ) and its famous regency sea front architecture, the pier, Brighton pavilion, the i360 and the famous Laines with independent shops, street cafes, bars and restaurants and nightlife if you want it!

Telscombe Cliffs itself, offers useful amenities, including a Tesco Express 2 mins in the car, and 2 pubs, and restaurants and takeaways just a mile away.

There is an excellent bus service to Brighton and Eastbourne.

The Lido in Saltdean is currently being renovated and is now open in the summer season and there are 2 local golf courses.

The ancient saxon village of Rottingdean with its picturesque green and duck ponds 10 minutes drive.

The town of Lewes is 20 minutes away with its wealth of history, castle, independent shops, cafes and bars, the Ann Boleyn museum, and Grange gardens. Lewes also has a station with easy parking and and is only an hour’s train journey to London.

Brighton is an also an hour from London by train.
